Jim Bina ORLANDO (March 19, 2012) – Rosen Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the promotion of James Bina, current President of Millennium Technology Group, who will retain that position and take on the additional role of Corporate Controller.

In his new role, Bina will assume responsibility for the entire Rosen Hotels & Resorts finance division. The promotion comes after years of advanced growth and development for Millennium Technology Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rosen Hotels & Resorts.

Bina joined Rosen Hotels & Resorts in 1992 as a member of the finance leadership team. In 2002, he was promoted to Director of Information Technology (IT) and later named President of Millennium Technology Group, which provides IT services to numerous clients in Central Florida. The day-to-day operation of the IT department will be conducted by a director who has yet to be named and will report directly to Bina.

“I can think of no one more qualified than Jim Bina to assume the role of Corporate Controller,” said Frank Santos, Chief Financial Officer for Rosen Hotels & Resorts. “Throughout his 20 years with the organization, Jim has been a rock solid asset and the driving force behind the growth of Millennium Technology Group, Inc. We are confident that Jim will continue to apply his innovative approach to furthering the economic progress of the company.”

Over the past 37 years, Rosen Hotels & Resorts has grown from 256 to approximately 6,300 rooms, approximately six percent of the total guest rooms in Central Florida. Today, the Rosen family of hotels, which includes the award-winning Rosen Shingle Creek, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza, and four leisure properties in the Orlando tourist corridor, including the Quality Inn International, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, Rosen Inn closest to Universal and Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista, remain committed to providing outstanding value for all guests.
