ORLANDO (July 29, 2008) — Orlando’s Rosen Hotels & Resorts has once again been honored with three Pinnacle Awards from Successful Meetings magazine, one for each of its convention properties —Rosen Plaza, Rosen Centre and Rosen Shingle Creek. This is the second Pinnacle Award for the nearly two-year-old Rosen Shingle Creek, the 8th award for Rosen Centre and the 12th award for Rosen Plaza. Last year, Rosen Shingle Creek was the first property in the award’s history to receive the accolade before its first birthday.
The hotels are among only 11 winners in Central Florida, 25 in the state and 140 in the United States. Now in its 24th year, the Pinnacle Awards recognize reader/planner selections of the leading meeting destination venues and support organizations across the United States and internationally. All winners will be listed in Successful Meetings’ annual Pinnacle Registry, published in August. The award-winning Successful Meetings magazine has long been respected for industry innovation and authoritative discussion of meeting, special event, incentive, convention and trade show planning and execution.
