Orlando’s Rosen Shingle Creek is providing meetings attendees with even more tasty and freshly prepared food options by opening its 15th dining concept, Mi Casa Tequila Taqueria. The casual, full-service Mexican restaurant is the third new dining concept to open at the award-winning hotel since 2011. Mi Casa Tequila Taqueria offers authentic Mexican soups, salads, appetizers, tacos, platters, and desserts, including its Lima Guacamole, which is prepared tableside from fresh avocados and a host of other ingredients to each guest’s taste, as well as hand-crafted margaritas including the signature Jefe margarita, and of course, a selection of top-shelf tequilas. The new 60-seat sit-down restaurant is conveniently located within the hub of dining and retail options midway between the hotel’s convention and lobby areas. Guests can grab a seat at Headwaters Lounge and may choose a combination of food, drinks or cocktails from the new restaurant, as well as from the adjacent Tobias Flats, Banrai Sushi and Smoooth Java. The restaurant perfectly complements the hotels’ existing dining options, offering casual one-or two-course fare.
