Background

  • Studied Hospitality at the University of New Hampshire
  • She started her career at Rosen Hotels & Resorts in March 1991 as a night manager at the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
  • She was soon promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager
  • Her career continued to rise with her promotion to Sales Director at Rosen Inn
  • The climb continued with her promotion to Director of Reservations at Rosen Plaza
  • In 2005, Jennifer was promoted to General Manager at the Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista
  • Now she serves as the Director of the Guest Contact Center

At Rosen Hotels & Resorts

  • She oversees the full operation of Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista
  • Jennifer oversaw the construction of the Guest Contact Center
  • As the Director of the Guest Contact Center, she oversees several departments including Central Reservations, Internet Sales, and the Social Media and Creative Teams
  • She is a committee member and consultant for the newly centralized PBX/Guest Contact Center
  • In her spare time she’s active with the school district of Osceola County
  • She also devotes time to serve on the board of her homeowner’s association and to her church as a teacher of faith formation

Jennifer isn’t one to shy away from a tough job, and her personal philosophy expresses this: “Honesty, hard work, and faith are the keys to go further in life.” She’s a strong leader willing to challenge the status quo to improve productivity and outcome. As a leader, she says, “Always know the job of the person ahead of you. Keep your goal in sight.”
