- Mark began his career at Rosen Hotels and Resorts in 2013 as the Assistant Director of IT.
- In 2016, his role expanded and he was named Chief Technology Officer.
- In 2018, Mark was promoted to Chief Information Officer.
- Mark is responsible for overseeing all IT for Rosen Hotels and Resorts.
