He refers to Rosen Hotels & Resorts as one of the most “reasonable” companies out there, with fairness at the top of the list when conducting business, dealing with associate relations, and working with the community.
• Jim holds two certifications from the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals Association: Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive Emeritus (CHEA+) and Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP+). He currently serves as the HFTP Global treasurer.
