As Vice President of Human Resources, Dorea oversees Human Resources and people strategies. Under her purview are also the Rosen Medical Center, RosenSure, community relations, corporate communications, and public relations. Dorea joined Rosen Hotels & Resorts in 2001 and most recently served as Director of Human Resources.
