Meeting Promotion

BOOK A NEW MEETING NOW AND RECEIVE 3% BACK TO MASTER OR 13% COMMISSION*
For NEW groups booked by August 31, 2026, and actualized by January 31, 2027, with a minimum of 10 rooms on peak, Groups will receive either a 3% credit to the master account for actualized guestrooms OR a 13% commission.

The qualifying RFP is based on contracted room nights and dates set by the hotel. Terms and Conditions apply and will be discussed with a Rosen Hotels & Resorts representative. Bookings must be a minimum of 10 rooms on peak and contracted and actualized by January 31, 2027. This offer does not apply to previously booked programs.

BOOK A NEW MEETING NOW AND RECEIVE COMPLIMENTARY WI-FI
For NEW groups booked by August 31, 2026, and actualized between August 1 and December 31, 2026, the group will receive complimentary Wi-Fi in your contracted meeting space.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided solely by the hotel’s in-house technology vendor in the contracted meeting space, at up to 3 Mbps per device. The number of complimentary connections will be based on the peak room nights. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. This offer does not apply to previously booked programs.
