It’s the Only Restaurant to Join Visit Orlando’s Signature Event Every Year Since Inception

ORLANDO, FL. July 18, 2025— Everglades Restaurant at Rosen Centre Hotel is proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone as the only restaurant to have participated in every year of Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining event since its inception. As the culinary event marks its 20th anniversary in 2025, Everglades Restaurant continues its tradition of culinary excellence and community support.

Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining is presented by Orlando Health and is an initiative throughout Central Florida. It features prix-fixe menus at some of the area’s finest restaurants, with meals priced at $40 or $60 per person. A portion of the proceeds from each meal purchased is then donated to a local charity, making the event a beloved annual tradition for both foodies and philanthropists. Everglades Restaurant’s unwavering participation underscores its own commitment, and the commitment of Rosen Hotels & Resorts, to exceptional dining and giving back.

Located on International Drive, Everglades Restaurant is known for its innovative menu that blends Florida flavors with classic cuisine.

This year, Magical Dining guests can enjoy Everglades’ signature dishes crafted from fresh, local ingredients, like the Alligator Bay Chowder served with Applewood Smoked Bacon to start. Another guest favorite starter is the Watermelon and Pistachio-Crusted Goat Cheese finished with a chocolate balsamic glaze. The main courses include your choice of a mouthwatering Black Angus Filet, Chilean Sea Bass and a Char-Grilled Halibut. And to wrap up your evening, Everglades proudly presents a Six-Layer Chocolate Ganache Cake, a Tropical Cheesecake and a Tiramisu Martini, which is a unique twist on an Italian classic. These dishes reflect the restaurant’s dedication to culinary creativity and regional flair.

Inspired by the natural beauty of the Florida Everglades, the restaurant also supports environmental sustainability. Rosen Centre Hotel, home to Everglades Restaurant, holds a Two Palm Green Lodge designation, recognizing its eco-friendly practices.
