ORLANDO, FL (January 6, 2026) — Rosen Hotels & Resorts proudly announces that President and Chief Executive Officer Frank Santos has been named to Hotel Management’s prestigious 2026 “Forty Over 40” list, an annual recognition that honors exceptional hospitality leaders for their extensive experience, unmatched dedication and commitment to elevating the standards of service and guest experience.

This past year at Rosen Hotels & Resorts has been one of the most emotional in our company’s history as we navigated the loss of our founder and friend, Harris Rosen. The publication recognized Santos, now celebrating 40 years with Rosen Hotels & Resort, for his exemplary leadership and longstanding service within the hospitality industry. During his tenure, he helped oversee the company’s growth to seven properties, multiple subsidiary businesses and the establishment of several charitable foundations. In addition, Santos has been an active member of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) for decades and has served as the organization’s global president. Beyond his corporate achievements, Santos is widely regarded as a philanthropist and community advocate throughout Central Florida. He serves on the boards of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Orlando Shakes, Orlando Family Stage, the Diman Bengal Foundation and the Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center. He has also been instrumental in Rosen’s community initiatives including the Tangelo Park and Parramore preschool programs, providing free early education and college scholarships to underserved communities. In 2023, Santos received the Kenneth F. Murrah, Esq. Award as Central Florida’s Outstanding Philanthropist.
