ORLANDO, FL (Nov. 21, 2025) — Leaders from across the state joined members of the Rosen family and leadership from Rosen Hotels & Resorts to formally honor the late Harris Rosen by designating a stretch of International Drive as “Harris Rosen Way.” Multiple signs ceremoniously recognize renowned philanthropist and hospitality leader, Harris Rosen, for his civic leadership, his generous spirit and commitment to always do the right thing.
State Representative Rita Harris, State Senator Kristen Arrington, State Representative Marie Woodson, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings and a host of local elected officials joined Joshua Rosen at the ceremony where they unveiled a “Harris Rosen Way” road sign.
“Harris Rosen Way is the geographic center of the land Harris Rosen spent his life tending, in his own particular way, that ended up being so very influential in creating the district as we know it today.
My favorite interpretation of Harris Rosen Way is, and what I believe Dad would want everyone’s take away from it to be is not a boast, but a call to action. Not necessarily to do things exactly the way Dad would have, but a reminder that here in America where anything is possible that when your head, and your heart are in alignment telling you that there has got to be a better way, even when everyone and everything else seems to be against you, to trust yourself and to do it your way,” said Josh Rosen, executive vice president of Rosen Hotels & Resorts.
