ORLANDO, FL (October 13, 2025) — Rosen Hotels & Resorts has been recognized as one of Orlando Business Journal’s Best Places to Work and Orlando Sentinel’s Top Workplaces for 2025. The combination of these awards—both judged by anonymous employee surveys—highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to the wellbeing of its associates, from hands-on professional development training to award-winning healthcare plans.
Each year, Orlando Business Journal honors 80 companies of varying sizes in the greater Orlando area for creating a positive, welcoming and empowering workplace for their associates. Anonymous surveys are conducted by a third party and scored according to communication and resources, manager effectiveness, team dynamics, individual needs, personal engagement and trust in leadership. Members of the Rosen human resources team attended the award ceremony on August 21 on behalf of the company.
The Orlando Sentinel also conducts anonymous surveys each year, asking Central Florida associates to offer feedback about work factors such as pay and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness and appreciation. The surveys are then analyzed by a third party to determine the workplaces that score above the national average based on company size.
“We are incredibly proud to be considered one of the best places to work in Orlando and stand among these other amazing businesses,” shared Dorea Mays, vice president of human resources at Rosen Hotels & Resorts. “Our associates are the heart of our organization, and it’s important for us to continue to innovate and enhance our workplace culture so that Rosen remains a destination of choice not only for our guests but also for the talented professionals who bring our hospitality to life.”
