The Annual Golden Pillar Awards recognizes associates company-wide for routinely exceeding expectations and elevating Rosen Hotels & Resorts

Orlando, FL (March 7, 2024) – Rosen Hotels & Resorts proudly announced its associates honored this year at the company’s annual Golden Pillar Awards. Each year, a select few are recognized for their exemplary service representing each of the company’s seven properties and central offices. The celebration, held this year at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, is widely recognized as the company’s “Oscar” awards, complete with a red carpet and an evening of food and fun. With the company celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, the ceremony also celebrated decades of making a difference throughout Central Florida and beyond. The Golden Pillar process begins with associates nominating their co-workers. Then, leaders at the individual properties and offices gather to evaluate the nominees and determine who will be recognized as this year’s Golden Pillar Award winner. Also presented, the newly named Harris Rosen Leadership Award, in honor of President and Chief Operating Officer Harris Rosen. It recognizes associates at the manager level or above for their outstanding achievements. Associates making an impact in specialized areas like the environment, fitness and community service were also recognized.
